The criterion of the quality of elder's health data includes the validity, the reliability and the accuracy. The validity is used to measure whether the health variables meet the standards what the researcher wants to study. The reliability is the consistency of the measurements or the level of removing the random errors. The accuracy is a disparity between the observing numerical value and the reality's.It is the combination of validity and reliability. The descriptive statistic analysis, crosstab mean analysis, variation analysis, sensitive analysis, correlation, multiple regression, factor analysis, internal consistency analysis and some special model such as IRT (Item Response Theory)can be applied in the assessment of the validity and reliability of elder's health data.
