中国城镇失业人口状况

摘要：

本文在对"城镇失业人员"和"城镇登记失业人员"以及"城镇失业率"与"城镇登记失业率"的概念进行区分的基础上,分析了 1978~1998年中国城镇登记失业人员数量和登记失业率的变化及其特点,以及二者的地区差异,并分别从年龄、受教育程度、失业原因等方面观察了城镇失业人员的构成。

Some concepts such as "the urban unemployed","the registered urban unemployed", "the rate of urban unempolyment" and "the rate of registered urban unempolyment" should be distinguished.And based on the distinction, this paper analyses the changes and characteristics of the urban registered unemployed and urban registered unempolyment rate of China, as well as the regional differences.It also inquiries the structure of the urban unemployed in terms of age, educational levels, and the causes of unemployment.
