美欧失业率悬殊的成因分析

摘要：

本文针对90年代以来美欧失业率的悬殊,从非正式制度、劳动市场的制度法律框架、宏观经济政策和环境三个方面来解释造成这些悬殊的成因,并认为欧盟必须进行全方位的改革,才能切实降低失业率,成为世界经济中的重要一极。

Against the great gaps in unemployment in the United States and European countries, this article analyzes the causes from their informal systems, legal frameworks of labor market system, macro-economic policies and environments.It concludes that overall reform is needed in European countries so as to lower down their unemployment rates and become a giant in world economy.
